1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using StadiumTrackr ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

StadiumTrackr is a web-based application that allows users to track, log, and manage the stadiums they have visited. Some features require a Pro subscription.

3. Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• Usernames must be between 6 and 30 characters.

4. Pro Subscription

• StadiumTrackr Pro is a paid subscription that unlocks additional features including custom lists, detailed stats, achievements, and visit photo uploads.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on the plan you select.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal in your account settings. Your Pro access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice.

5. User Content

• You retain ownership of any content you upload to StadiumTrackr, including visit photos and notes.
• By uploading content, you grant StadiumTrackr a license to store and display that content as part of the Service.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content you submit.
• You may not upload content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download data from the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
• Impersonate any person or entity

7. Intellectual Property

All content on StadiumTrackr that is not user-generated - including the design, logo, and software - is owned by StadiumTrackr and may not be copied or reused without permission. Stadium images are used under their respective Creative Commons licenses as detailed on the Photo Credits page.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or that it will be free of errors.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StadiumTrackr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will update the date at the top of this page when changes are made.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
