StadiumTrackr ("we," "us," or "our") operates stadiumtrackr.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service.

Information you provide:

  • Account information: username, email address, and password
  • Stadium visit data: stadiums visited, visit dates, notes, and photos you upload (photo uploads available to Pro subscribers)
  • Wishlist and favorite stadiums
  • Custom lists (available to Pro subscribers)
  • Newsletter email address if you subscribe

Information collected automatically:

  • Anonymous usage analytics via self-hosted Umami. Umami does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information.

Payment information:

  • If you subscribe to StadiumTrackr Pro, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide and maintain the StadiumTrackr service
  • Process your Pro subscription payments
  • Send account-related emails such as welcome emails and password resets
  • Send newsletter updates if you have subscribed
  • Improve the service

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share your data only with:

  • Stripe - to process subscription payments

We use Ticketmaster's API to display upcoming events at stadiums. No personal data is shared with Ticketmaster.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on servers located in the United States. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is deleted from our systems. Stadium visit photos are deleted immediately upon account deletion.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your data via the Download Data feature in your account settings (available to Pro subscribers)
  • Delete your account and all associated data at any time via account settings
  • Unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by contacting us

8. Children's Privacy

StadiumTrackr is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this policy.
